YIRGACHEFFE ETHIOPIAN COFFEE

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee is one of the world’s most highly regarded specialty coffees, celebrated for its refined floral aroma, bright citrus acidity, and light, tea-like body. Grown at high elevations of approximately 1,700–2,200 meters in southern Ethiopia, the slow maturation of the coffee cherries allows complex flavors to develop. Produced from indigenous heirloom Arabica varietals and traditionally washed and sun-dried, Yirgacheffe coffees are known for their clarity and elegance, often presenting tasting notes of jasmine, lemon, bergamot, honey, and delicate stone fruit.
